A Year of Thanks
In 2011 I am challenging my four youngest siblings to keep gratitude journals to try to help them see how much they really have. It's not fair to challenge them without doing the same thing myself, so here is where I am transferring my thoughts so that they may see them.

Yes, I have been
I have been giving thanks, just not as promised. Believe me, in my profession and with life these days I am overly thankful for all that I have. I know that I am truly blessed.
That said, I will be re-purposing this blog for another idea that has been greatly on my mind lately. Look for it soon!

1/5 - 1/7
I have a feeling that there will be a theme for what I'm thankful for whenever there is a day that I work. Especially if it was not necessarily a good day in the unit for whatever reason. Wednesday was a work day and unfortunately there was a scenario that did not end as we wished it would have.
1/5
I am extremely grateful that I've had the chance to hold my daughter in my arms as she breaths, that I've already seen her grow and learn, and that her start in life was as it should be for all.
1/6
I am grateful to have a schedule that allows me so much time at home.
1/7
I am grateful for a flexible daycare.
